Transcription factors activating transcription at SigL-dependent promoters

From SubtiWiki
Jump to: navigation, search

These transcription activators control transcription at SigL-dependent promoters. RNA polymerase containing SigL is inactive unless productive interaction with an activator protein occurs. Therefore, SigL-dependent genes are among the most strongly regulated genes in B. subtilis.

Activators controlled by interaction with low molecular weight effectors

Activator controlled by PTS-dependent phosphorylation

Unknown activator

  • YplP: required for growth at low temperatures
