glmS is only expressed in the absence of glucosamine 6-phosphate (GlmS ribozyme)
glucosamine 6-phosphate binds the leader mRNA, and a riboswitch with ribozyme activity cleaves off the glmS section from the mRNA, resulting in stopp of transcript elongation
